1. Please ensure that you have provided the correct birth data so that you can get an accurate reading.
2. In order to secure the quality of the telephone communication, please make sure that you use a land phone (not a cordless phone or cell phone) as these may cause some interference during your consultation.
3. Please speak clearly and slowly so that you can be understood easily.
4. To make the best use of your time, please be prepared to ask your questions or give any descriptions in a very concise manner. Any lengthy descriptions and additional details could be given at the time you fill out your consultation application.
5. Please allow for a short gap of 1-2 seconds between two exchanges because you are on an international phone call.
6. You may want to keep paper and pencil handy in case you would need to take any notes.
7. If there are some mantras or instructions, which cannot be understood over the phone, they will be sent to you by email.
8. If your reading is not completed within the specific time, the astrologer will, at his discretion give you an extended reading for another 5 to 10 minutes at no extra cost.
