In case, if one of your birth data factors was entered incorrectly prior to ordering the report, we shall provide you a replacement at no additional cost. If you are anyhow dissatisfied with your report, please contact our Support Service for a mutually agreeable adjustment.

Please make sure that you submit the correct birth data prior to requesting a personalized consultation with our learned Vedic Astrologers, as it will not be possible to provide you another report with modified data, at the same cost.

Within one month of shipment of physical items purchased through Astroastro.com, you may return any of the items for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges will not be refunded in any case. The items that are eligible for a refund include:

Parad Products
Rosaries (Mala)
Rudraksha
Sphatik (Crystal Items)
Yantras

We cannot accept returns of Software products for which you have received the licensee information through our agents or us. We also cannot accept returns of damaged products or products returned after 30 days from the delivery date.

If applicable, the refund will be made within 7 business days, upon the receipt of the returned item.
